By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shantou Lijinxin Packaging Co., Ltd.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Shantou Lijinxin Packaging Co., Ltd. provides comprehensive paper box manufacturing services including:

• Custom design and development of paper packaging solutions
• Manufacturing of paper boxes using various materials and finishing techniques
• Quality control and testing services
• Packaging consultation and technical support

All services are provided according to agreed specifications and industry standards including ISO 9001, FSC, and SGS certifications.

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, specifications, and order quantities.

Orders become binding upon our written acceptance and receipt of required deposit. Minimum order quantities apply and will be specified in each quotation.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established customers.

Payments are due within the specified terms. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in shipment delays or suspension of services.

We maintain strict quality control standards with experienced QC personnel on each production line. All products undergo comprehensive testing including structural stability, print quality, and durability assessments.

Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and provide appropriate remedies for confirmed defects.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.
